D Dream Foundation is honored to introduce Joey, recently referred by a medical professional. Joey has faced incredible challenges since birth, including multiple surgeries—one of them open-heart surgery. Through it all, his parents have fought tirelessly, giving their time, love, and resources to ensure he receives the care he needs.
This Disney vacation is truly well deserved. Joey’s family has worked relentlessly to give him a life filled with joy, hope, and as much normalcy and magic as possible.
